Location was excellent and amazing in the local area right by shops bars, and Victoria train station which is an excellent selling point. Beds were uncomfortable, however it was truly a brilliant stay that ruined our holiday.

The bathroom here was very small.

We stayed for 2 night and loved our stay. The ambience was quiet. Hosts were exceptionally nice, even gave us room with lovely views.

Its location was particularly good, at a walking distance from a Norman manor house. Room was quiet and bright, a microwave, a sofa bed, and central heating were provided. The management and staff were affable and helpful.

Perfect little spotless rooms with lovely views. Location close to shops etc for supplies etc.

Air conditioning should be added.

The apartment on the top floor was perfect for our family, with a private balcony and all the amenities we needed. Jinelle, our host, was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the location was unbeatable, with Victoria station and plenty of restaurants just a short walk away. They even provided a travel cot and booster seat for our son. We would definitely stay here again!

The location close to Victoria Station was excellent. We were able to easily explore the city and access transportation options. The room itself was spacious with a comfy bed and extra seating, which was a nice bonus. Additionally, the balcony offered great views. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

The bed was super comfy, the room was impeccably clean and modern, and the shower had great water pressure and hot water. The little kitchen was awesome and the sun deck was a nice bonus.

I stayed at Metro Residence Victoria for a short business trip and was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-furnished apartment. The central location made it convenient to explore the area, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The lady at the apartments was very friendly and helpful. I was initially assigned a studio on the ground floor, which turned out to be a great choice, offering a comfortable bed and a nicely equipped kitchen. it was the best place I have ever stayed in.

The room was clean and adequately furnished. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to public transport and a variety of dining options nearby. the room was warm, which was greatly appreciated during the cold winter season.

The bathroom was quite small and the TV reception was glitchy. It would have been nice to have an extra pillow available as the feather pillows tended to flatten down.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent and the room was comfortable and well-equipped. The location was convenient with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The staff, especially Janill, were kind and attentive to our needs.

The only improvement that could be made is more variety in the breakfast options.

We had a wonderful stay at Metro Residence Victoria. the apartment was small but clean, and the bed was comfortable for a quiet night's sleep. the host was fantastic and eager to please, ensuring that we were settled in and well organized. the location was fantastic, with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. the apartment's proximity to main transportation made it convenient for exploring the city or grabbing groceries if we wanted to cook. it was a great experience and we would happily stay there again. Cons: Nothing for me. 🌟.
